
Acadian Plant Health™ and Koppert USA Announce Strategic Transition in the U.S. Biostimulant Market
After many years of a successful partnership in both Brazil and the United States, Acadian Plant Health™ and Koppert USA have jointly agreed to transition to independent commercial strategies in the United States. The next phase will allow each company to further invest in its own brands, product portfolios, and market development initiatives while continuing to support customers with innovative biostimulant solutions.
For the U.S. market, effective September 1st, 2026:
- Acadian® and Acadian Organic® products will be marketed and distributed by Acadian Plant Health™.
- Acadian is a premium conventional Ascophyllum nodosum biostimulant designed to maximize performance in specialty crops.
- Acadian Organic is a premium organic Ascophyllum nodosum biostimulant designed to maximize performance in specialty crops.
- Koppert USA will exclusively offer NodoKare® and PhylloKare®.
- NodoKare is a premium conventional Ascophyllum nodosum biostimulant designed to maximize performance in row crop production systems.
- PhylloKare is an organic Ascophyllum nodosum formulation developed for both conventional and organic greenhouse production.
This transition reflects the growth of the biologicals sector and positions both companies to better serve customers. By focusing on their respective brands and product portfolios, both companies are strengthening their commitment to innovation, customer success, and the continued expansion of the biostimulant market in the United States.
