We are pleased to share an important leadership update for Acadian’s Human Wellness business.

Effective July 24, 2026, Lida Lindquist has transitioned to the role of Business Development Manager – Food. In this position she will focus on expanding Acadian’s Food business and strengthening strategic customer relationships.

Mike Shouldice will now lead both the Animal Wellness and Human Wellness businesses as Head of AW & HW Business. He will provide strategic leadership for the Human Wellness business while serving as your primary point of contact.

Lida will work closely with Mike during the transition period to ensure continuity, a smooth handover, and uninterrupted support for our Human Wellness customers.

This leadership transition reflects our continued commitment to delivering responsive support, strong business leadership and long-term value. Your products, services, and day-to-day business with Acadian will remain unchanged.
